We weren’t born bakers, but when we first got our paws on a 236-year-old San Francisco sourdough culture, something fermented in our souls. One loaf turned into another, then another, until we realized we had the most exclusive, meow-standing bread in the world—and there was no turning back. You could say the cat’s got our tongue.
